The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

The champion of all cookies and biscuits....the chocolate chip cookie. And the champion of all chocolate chip recipes, is this recipe of course! This recipe was handed down to my mum, from her Aunty Jane, and stolen from my mum, by me. This recipe is amazing,it never fails, and i always make these, whenever i have to bake something for school.

The half and half, dark chocolate to milk is perfectly balanced, and all works for all ages including sweet toothed teenagers(many have asked to eat the whole box). Its crunchy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside. They are just so good I'm craving them right now, and its making me depressed that i don't have any or any time to make them! Also this mixture is egg free, which means the whole raw mixture bowl is demolishable in one go; Don't say i didn't warn you.
For variations, which i don't recommenced, as this mixture is perfect on its own! Try using all dark chocolate, all milk, or even try white chocolate if you like sweet things. To make them triple chocolate chip cookies, replace some of the flour with cocoa powder.

Ingredients- makes about 30

230g butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 T condensed milk
100g dark chocolate

2. beat butter and sugar together
3. add condensed milk,beat
4. mix in dry ingredients
5. mix in the chopped up chocolate
